Founded in January 1998, Interprose is a results-oriented public relations agency that develops and implements strategic, image-building public relations campaigns, using media and analyst relations, social media, industry awards, and executive speaker programs, for emerging and established companies and organizations.
Interprose was looking for an alternative solution to hosting its Exchange environment internally. CloudBearing was contacted to provide a customized deployment of Office 365’s Exchange Online.
Interprose received a guided deployment designed for their IT department to assist in the setup and configuration of Office 365, migration of user data, configuration of Archive and Retention policies, and extensive administration training on Exchange Online.

What did your organization decide to move to Office 365?
Cloudbearing’s team smoothed our path in an expert way.
We wanted the freedom and peace of mind of not having to support and maintain our own Exchange Servers.
How has Office 365 impacted your organization?
Several ways:
- The company has a more professional image to clients and other organizations.
- We are no longer dependent on just one or two individuals in our own company for IT support but have a whole team available.
- Our staff greatly appreciates having the latest features and facilities available and benefit from being highly compatible technically with the clients.
- We no longer have to worry about power outages, air conditioner problems, hardware failures or backup and recovery.
Would you recommend Office 365 to others?
I already have. Some of my colleagues are in a similar position to Interprose and would benefit mightily from a conversion to Office 365
