Is there a plan for small offices and professionals?
Microsoft offers the P1 plan for individuals and small offices. However, these plans do not include 24X7 live support. Support issues can only be resolved through the Office 365 community forum.
Also, the P1 plan has a limit of 50 users. To move from the P plan to E family of plans you must cancel your subscription and purchase a new E plan subscription and migrate your data.
If you are a small office we advise you to consider these limitations for current needs and future growth.
Are their discounts for nonprofits?

Can I mix and match plans?
Yes, subscribers can mix and match options that best suit their diverse user base. The minimum license count is one. For example, a company can have 10 Exchange Online users, 50 E3 users, and 100 E1 users.
How long is the agreement?
Office 365 agreements are for one year.
Can I upgrade to a different plan at a later time?
Yes, Enterprise plan customers can upgrade their licensing at any time. P plan customers must first cancel their subscription and then purchase a new subscription with Microsoft.
Is Office 365 compatible with Mac?
Yes, however Mac users must purchase Office for Mac 2011 to be compatible with desktop features. Not all Office 365 features are available for Mac users at this time. Please contact us to learn more about the differences for Mac users.
